In order for us at Chesapeake Construction Inc. to provide you with the best job possible at a cost efficient price, we will require your cooperation in the following areas:
Insurance
Owner must carry HOMEOWNER’S INSURANCE sufficient to cover materials and equipment left on the job site.
Access
Owner must provide adequate site access for construction and deliveries; a company sign will be posted on the site as per Building Department regulations.
Children & Pets
Children and pets are to be kept at a “safe distance” from the job site and construction activities throughout the construction period.
Owner Provisions
Owner is responsible for all owner provided equipment, supplies and services. Chesapeake Construction Inc. cannot warrant any materials, supplies or services provided by the owner.
Maintenance
Owner must provide adequate maintenance to materials and appliances in accordance with manufacturer’s directions. Chesapeake Construction Inc. cannot warrant materials if the owner is negligent in their care and maintenance.
Working Hours
Chesapeake Construction Inc. crews start work at 7:00 a.m. Monday through Friday. Should local covenants or client lifestyle require alteration to our start time, we try to be flexible. Our work days ends at 4:00 p.m.
